Our mission is to promote responsible, caring and compassionate attitudes towards animals. Our primary objective is the prevention of cruelty, neglect and abandonment of animals in our city.
We will achieve our goal by providing education to our citizens, shelter for our animals in need, and enforcement of legislation.
Our vision is that animals in Saint John will be protected from abuse and indifference. We recognize and value the contribution that animals make to greatly enrich human life. We believe that all animals have the right to be treated with respect as living beings.
We will work together to foster an atmosphere of openness,
respect, understanding and commitment while always remembering
and working toward our vision.
